The Ponderings:
Why are people spending so much on Christmas?
Why buy something holiday themed if its out of season literally five days after you get it?
Why is my grammar still so bad?
Is Black Friday truly a savings day if you weren’t going to spend money but spent it anyway because it was Black Friday?
Updates:
Schedule Change:
I have a ton of categories now, so I’ve decided to release “The Wall” on Tuesdays, and posts for my other publications on Friday and Sunday respectively. (Or just friday if I’m feeling lazy or swamped with schoolwork.)
A lot of my posts are scheduled, so don’t be alarmed at not seeing new posts everyday. I’ve realized that the best formula for my subscribers is actually consistency, so I’l try to get into consistency.
Discontinued (for now):
I realized that I no longer have any passion for “random streams of consciousness.” This means that I’ll pick it up sometime but not at least for the next month. Sorry for those you enjoyed it!
Book
After a friend dissed me, I realized that I should probably start prioritizing one book.
I’m currently putting a few projects on hold in order to write one book (or maybe two). This, again, means fewer posts for my blog. But I do plan on posting Part 2 to “Dumb.”
Projects and Competitions:
I have a huge, huge Speech Competition in San Diego this week. I’m excited, but prepared to lose. Unfortunately, this also means that I might fall behind on my publishing schedule.
I also have a huge Mock Trial Competition that occurs roughly between a week before or after the speech competition. That one is online, so at least it’ll save me some gas fees.
Question:
Recommendations:
A good, strong hot cup of tea
A walk in the rain with an umbrella (If it rains, when it rains)
Trying a new recipe
Finding a playlist that you vibe to (Lofi playlists have been disappointing for me as of late)
Watch someone else make food (online or in real life)
Random Facts about my life:
I did not celebrate Thanksgiving.
I did my Black Friday shopping online and bought maybe four items.
I spent Black Friday sleeping with my dog and touring the local area around me. (San Diego is very close to where I live.)
Questions:
Should I start leaving reviews for slime?
If I start recommending brands or shops, won’t it look a lot like advertising?
Should I open up more categories in my blog?
Should I talk about small city living in California?
Should I introduce a few playlists to the mix of questionable things on my blog?
Should I open paid subscriptions?
Should I go back to lowercase?
Comment so I can have a social life. ;)
